Project Background

After reviewing our forging production capability, heat treatment process, machining facilities, and quality control system, an industrial client from India decided to proceed with a trial cooperation.

Following detailed technical communication, the customer placed an initial order of 5 forged crane wheel samples for quality verification.

Production Process

The forged crane wheels were manufactured according to customer drawings and technical specifications, including:

• Controlled forging process
• Heat treatment for required mechanical properties
• Rough machining to ensure dimensional stability
• Strict quality inspection before shipment

All 5 forged wheel samples have now been completed.

Current Status

The finished forged crane wheel samples have been shipped to India and are currently awaiting customer inspection and quality verification.
