    Customized Open Die Forgings – OEM & ODM Available


    We offer comprehensive OEM and ODM forging services based on your drawings, specifications, or application needs. With over 25 years of experience in free forging and open-die forging, we specialize in manufacturing customized components from carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, serving industries such as wind power, port machinery, industrial gearboxes, and construction equipment.


    As an OEM forging manufacturer, we can produce forged parts strictly according to your provided drawings and technical requirements.

    • Support for small-batch and large-volume production

    • Material options: 35#, 45#, 42CrMo, 20CrMnMo, 18CrNiMo7-6, etc.

    • Machining service: rough machining, finish machining, CNC turning & milling

    R&D and Testing Capabilities

    To ensure every forging meets international standards and customer specifications, we have established a comprehensive in-house R&D and testing laboratory. Our experienced quality engineers and metallurgists use advanced equipment to monitor the entire production process — from raw material evaluation to final product inspection.


    Our Key Testing & Inspection Equipment:

    • Spectrometer – For fast and accurate chemical composition analysis of all incoming raw materials

    • Tensile Testing Machine – To evaluate yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation

    • Impact Testing Machine – To assess impact toughness, especially for low-temperature or dynamic-load applications

    • Brinell Hardness Tester – To measure hardness values and ensure heat treatment consistency

    • Metallographic Microscope – For analyzing microstructure, grain size, and detecting potential defects

    • Notch Projector – For accurate notch shape measurement in Charpy test samples

    • Quenching Test Machine – Used to simulate heat treatment response and verify hardenability

    • High-Precision Flaw Detector (Ultrasonic) – For internal defect inspection according to ISO 4992 / EN 10228 standards.
