Steel Forging Production Flow
Steel ingots are first inspected for chemical composition and carefully stored → Cut to the required dimensions → Heated in a controlled furnace with continuous temperature monitoring → Forging performed with precise control, followed by heat treatment ensuring uniform mechanical properties → Discharge from the furnace and preliminary blank inspection → Rough machining to prepare for further processing → In-process quality checks including ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), dimensional verification, and hardness measurement → Normal and tempering (QT) → Post-heat-treatment inspection covering UT, mechanical properties, hardness, and grain structure → Precision finish machining to achieve final dimensions → Comprehensive final inspection → Part marking, labeling, and protective packaging → Stored safely until shipment to the customer.
