Background

A customer from Ukraine contacted us regarding heavy-duty forged crane wheels for industrial crane applications. Trial samples were produced according to the provided drawings and technical requirements.

Sample Approval

After receiving the samples, the customer conducted internal inspection and testing. The results confirmed that the forged crane wheels met all dimensional and quality requirements. The internal quality and overall performance were approved.

Bulk Order Confirmation

Following successful sample validation, the customer officially placed a bulk order for 162 pieces of forged crane wheels.

Production Status

Production of the 162 crane wheels has been scheduled and is currently in progress. All manufacturing procedures are strictly controlled to ensure full consistency between approved samples and mass production.
