100–7000KG  Alloy Steel Forging Shaft for Wind Turbine Main Drive. We manufacture high-strength alloy steel forged shafts ranging from 100KG to 7000KG, specifically designed for wind turbine main drive systems. These critical components feature excellent mechanical strength, fatigue resistance, and dimensional precision, ensuring stable and long-lasting performance in variable wind conditions and high-torque environments.


Material Options:

  • 42CrMo / 42CrMo4 – Tough alloy steel with excellent hardenability and impact strength

  • 18CrNiMo7-6 – Premium carburizing steel with deep case hardening and superior fatigue resistance
