With more than 30 years of forging experience, we are a leading manufacturer of open die and closed die forgings in China, focusing on components for industrial gearboxes, wind turbines, and port machinery. Our forging range covers parts from 100kg up to 7000kg, produced with 5T, 8T, and 12T electro-hydraulic hammers.
We are the largest long-term supplier to Nanjing High Speed Gear (NGC), providing high-performance gear shafts and blanks with stable quality. We are also the primary forged wheel supplier for ZPMC (Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery), with our products exported globally with ZPMC’s port equipment. In the wind energy sector, we supply forged components to leading companies such as Goldwind, Mingyang, and Southern Aerospace.
We operate a fully equipped in-house testing laboratory to ensure quality, and offer optional rough machining, heat treatment, and UT/MT inspections. Our manufacturing is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
