We manufacture wear-resistant forged shafts from high-strength alloy steel 42CrMo, including gear shafts, main drive shafts, and high-speed or low-speed shafts used in heavy-duty industrial equipment. With excellent mechanical strength, toughness, and wear resistance, these shafts are ideal for demanding applications involving high torque, impact loads, and continuous operation.
Material:
42CrMo – A chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with high tensile strength, good hardenability, and excellent resistance to wear and fatigue. It performs reliably in dynamic and high-load environments after proper heat treatment.
