ur Large Size Forged Ring Flanges are manufactured from high-performance alloy steels such as 18CrNiMo7-6 and 42CrMo, ensuring exceptional strength, fatigue resistance, and toughness under extreme working conditions. With a gross weight range from 100kg up to 7000kg, these forged flanges are ideal for wind turbine gearboxes, large-scale industrial gear transmission, marine propulsion systems, and port handling equipment.
Each flange is produced using open die forging techniques, followed by controlled heat treatment (normalizing, quenching, tempering) and precision CNC machining. We offer OEM and custom production according to customer drawings and mechanical specifications.
