We are proud to announce that our wind power forgings have successfully passed third-party ultrasonic testing in accordance with EN10228-3 Class 3, the highest standard for forged component soundness.
Utilizing our dedicated ultrasonic flaw detectors for wind energy products, we consistently achieve high sensitivity levels, with defect detectability reaching 0.6–0.8 mm flat-bottom hole (FBH), exceeding typical industry benchmarks.
According to a 2024 study published by the China Wind Energy Equipment Association, over 90% of blade hubs and gear blanks used in offshore turbines now require EN10228-3 Class 3 testing or higher. This reflects the growing emphasis on component integrity in high-load, extreme-environment conditions.
Our experienced NDT team performs both manual and automated inspections, ensuring early flaw detection and full compliance with customer specifications. Combined with our in-house heat treatment and large-size forging capabilities, we offer complete quality assurance from raw material to final delivery.
This achievement underlines our commitment to supporting global wind energy projects with reliable, high-performance forged components.
