Our Solid Forged Cylinders are manufactured from high-strength alloy steels such as C45 and 42CrNiMo, making them ideal for pressure vessels, marine shafts, and heavy-duty industrial applications. Produced using open die forging techniques, these cylinders feature excellent internal soundness, fatigue resistance, and uniform grain flow, ensuring long service life in demanding environments.
Available in weights from 100kg to 7000kg, each forged cylinder can be supplied in rough turned or CNC precision machined condition, with full heat treatment options including normalizing, quenching, and tempering. All products undergo ultrasonic testing (UT) and comply with international standards such as ISO 9001, GB/T, and DIN.
